Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Who were your main influences?

My mentor, Jon Schueler, taught me that painting and drawing could be about the very essence of paint and line. Matisse and Picasso give me permission to try anything. Bonnard shows me the importance of a unique vision and that the intensity of the struggle to “get it down” is the power and strength of the art.

Q. Are you in any museum collections?

Yes. The Baltimore Museum of Art and the National Museum of Women in the Arts. My resumé lists other places you might have seen my work.

Q. Do you take commissions?

Yes. I am happy to discuss any project.

Q. How much do these pieces cost?

Monoprints range from $750 to $3800, paintings range from $2,000 to $10,000. Pen and ink sketches are available in the $300 range. For specific prices, please contact me directly.

Q. Do you do other work?
